I did so good today. Have had 1 cookie out of the probably 20 dozen I have made. And I might break down and have a small piece of fudge...gotta make sure it is good :)
It will probably be easier for me to stick to my diet though at least for the next 6 months since my sister has gestational diabetes and so we are buying a lot more healthier food for her too not just me.
I so suck at keeping track and writing in here like I wanted to...but I am hanging in there. Found a couple of passable wheat recipes to make pasta and cookies-which taste kinda weird to me but whatever- if it cuts down the bad stuff but lets me enjoy my favorite foods then I am all for it.
It's so hard with it being the holidays and money is really tight this month. I cheated a bit today because I wasn't home and ate cheaply.
Costco pizza isn't very good for me...especially when I am blotting off all that grease but it is so tasty.
But am feeling a lot less tired and able to do a lot more things now. Hoping to lose a total of 10 by the end of the month. Just have to resist the temptations
4 lbs down....46 more to go (June 1st is my goal to have it lost by)
I think I have spent 4x the amount of money on food in 2 weeks then I used to the whole month. If the government wants people to eat healthier like they claim you would think they would assist in making healthy foods cheaper.
I miss white bread...wheat just isn't the same
*sigh*
but I did find a good homemade wheat bread recipe so at least I know I enjoy that.
lost 2 lbs so far :) stoked about that.
And am going to see a specialist soon for my other issue so hopefully that will be resolved soon as well.
